MISSION
Our mission is to reconnect young people with the beauty and power of art, fashion, and photography. To create safe, inclusive, and healing spaces for Black youth in Toronto, using arts and photography as tools to nurture mental well-being, skill development, self-expression, and community connection.
VISION
Our vision is a world where every young person feels empowered, valued, and confident in their unique talents. We strive to create a generation of Black youth who embrace their creativity, contribute to their communities, and lead with resilience and pride.
GOAL:
Create a safe and inclusive space where Black youths can overcome feelings of inferiority, build confidence and express themselves freely. Empowering them to develop their artistic skills and feel proud of who they are.
Encourage young people to embrace and express their cultural heritage, empowering Black youth to confidently share their identities through their creative work.
Establish a supportive network where young people can connect, collaborate, and feel a strong sense of community.
Increase accessibility to art, fashion, and photography for underserved youth.
Offer essential skills both artistic and practical that support personal development and future opportunities, encouraging youth to take on leadership roles and positively impact society.
